Devise Assignment Specification

From our meeting Excel will write on Assignment Specification. This includes your Company Profile, Job Specification, Candidate Profile and Remuneration sections. It confirms to you that we know what we are recruiting and provides candidates with black and white information about your business and the opportunity. We only provide this to candidates when meeting them face to face.

Headhunt / Advertise

Headhunt and / or Advertise

Agree target list of companies to headhunt into and identify candidates to approach, Advertise via the web and if appropriate via trade / local or national media.

Interview

Face to face competency based interviews for all suitable candidates carried out in the area / country where the role is located.

Behavioural Profiling

Excel uses special software to do the behavioural profiling of every head hunted candidate.

Present Shortlist

Candidates shortlisted presented face-toface to the client and includes our interview notes, behavioural profiling reports and CV's. Our aim is to prepare you for your first interview already knowing the candidates inside and out.

Manage Process

Manage Recruitment to Placement

Act as main point of contact for clients and candidates to ensure the recruitment processes run smoothly from presentation of shortlist through to successful placement of candidate. Taking candidates through the offer stage and counter offers is a critical activity
